1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with BZM Decals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your order.

These terms apply to all orders placed via our website.

2. No Refunds or Replacements

All orders placed with BZM Decals are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed.

This includes but is not limited to situations where:

• You change your mind after placing the order
• The product does not match your expectations based on personal preference
• The order was placed in error

Please review all product details and your configuration carefully before submitting your order.

3. Decal Wear, Peeling & Damage

BZM Decals produces custom decals to a high standard using quality vinyl materials. However, the longevity and performance of your decal is subject to how it is applied, the surface it is applied to, and the conditions it is exposed to.

BZM Decals is not responsible for:

• Decals that peel, lift, or separate after application
• Decals that rip, tear, or crack due to handling, weather, or use
• Fading caused by prolonged UV exposure
• Damage resulting from improper application or removal
• Poor adhesion due to dirty, oily or textured surfaces
• Any damage to the surface the decal is applied to

We recommend thoroughly cleaning and drying the surface before application, and avoiding applying decals in extreme temperatures. Following proper application steps will help maximise the lifespan of your decal.

Note: If your decal peels or rips after application, BZM Decals accepts no liability and will not provide a free replacement or refund. You are welcome to place a new order at the standard price.
